Hi everyone! A article has come up about a new elephant relocation happening in Malawi that is said to be "largest elephant relocation ever attempted and it needs to succeed to save their lives." (care2.com)
This is happening because there are too many elephants in the elephant reserves, which can be a bad thing, but in my opinion, also a wonderful thing! This means the elephant population is growing! :) On the other hand, this does make this elephant preserve the perfect place for illegal elephant poaching, which is the very last thing we want.

And if we do nothing about it, it is predicted elephants could be extinct by 2025. In my opinion, I like the idea of this elephant relocation. "Not everyone is enthusiastic about the elephant relocation plan, however. Some voice concerns for the well-being of the elephants as this relocation is carried out."
