I was reflecting back on all of our DIYS, and I realized for the poster, not everyone was able to do that. If you have a chromebook, as I do now, you couldn't access WORD and WORD costs money to install on your computer. So now I am doing an elephant awareness slide with Google Docs. Google Docs is basically like an online, free WORD. WORD has many more themes and fonts, etc. but it's better than nothing.
Step 1: Open Google Docs and select slideshow.
Step 1: Open Google Docs and select slideshow.
You will see this popup, asking you to choose a theme. Although Sketched or Trek might look the coolest, we want to stay serious (I know, not my specialty) throughout the whole slideshow. Let's choose Swiss, because I'm just laying on the basics at the moment.
Step 2: Make a Title
Step 2: Make a Title
Sorry, I had to cut out a bit on the right because my email address was showing. Anyway, this is the title I chose. When it asked for a subtitle, I was blank, so I just put a space.
Step 2: Title Your Presentation and Add Facts
Step 2: Title Your Presentation and Add Facts
Go ahead and keep adding pages and facts. I know, I know. This DIY was tiny! But as I stated in my last post, I am currently very busy and I will try to blog more often.
